We want you to feel confident in your investment. Here's how our refund process works and what you need to know.

Eligibility Criteria

You're entitled to request a refund under specific circumstances. We've designed this policy to be straightforward and fair.

  • Request submitted within 14 days of program enrollment
  • Less than 20% of course materials accessed or downloaded
  • No certificates or credentials issued for the program
  • Account in good standing with no policy violations
  • Original payment method still valid and active

What Affects Your Request

Some situations may impact your eligibility. It's worth knowing these before you start.

If you've completed more than 20% of the coursework, attended live sessions, or downloaded significant materials, you might not qualify for a full refund. We measure engagement through platform activity and content access.

Programs with live mentorship components have different timelines because instructor time gets allocated specifically for you.

Step-by-Step Process

Submit Your Request

Email [email protected] with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Include your full name, program name, and enrollment date. We typically respond within one business day.

Review Period

Our team reviews your request against the eligibility criteria. We check your course progress, access history, and any materials downloaded. This usually takes 2-3 business days.

Decision Notice

You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund was approved. If approved, we'll outline the next steps. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss alternatives that might work better for your situation.

Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your financial institution—usually another 3-5 business days.

Important Timing Information

The 14-day window starts from your enrollment date, not your first login. If you enroll but don't access the course right away, that time still counts.

For programs starting in August 2025 or later, you can enroll early and still have 14 days from the official start date to request a refund—as long as you haven't accessed more than the introductory materials.

Changed Your Mind

Enrolled but realized it's not the right fit? If you're within the 14-day window and haven't dug into the materials, you're likely eligible for a full refund.

Time Constraints

Life happens. If unexpected commitments came up and you haven't started the coursework, reach out quickly. We can discuss refund options or potentially deferring to a later session.

Technical Issues

Platform problems preventing access? Contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve technical issues first, but if we can't fix it, we'll discuss refund options regardless of the standard timeline.

Payment Method Processing

Credit & Debit Cards

Refunds return to the original card used for payment. Processing takes 5-7 business days on our end, then 3-5 days for your bank. You'll see it as a credit on your statement.

PayPal

Returns to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a notification from PayPal when the refund posts. From there, you can transfer to your bank or keep it in PayPal.

Bank Transfer

If you paid via direct bank transfer, we'll need your current banking details to process the refund. This method typically takes 7-10 business days total due to inter-bank processing times.

Installment Plans

If you're on a payment plan and request a refund, we'll refund any payments made minus a small administrative fee. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled immediately.
